Boneville Salt Flats

Pure white, rock hard, barren salt bed with mountains in the background. The salt has a desert crackle texcture, and if you are lucky you can catch the reflection of thin water if it’s flooded.

LOCATION: Northern Utah

BEST TIME OF YEAR:
Winter: cold, best chance of water and reflection
Spring/Fall: warm, medium chance of water and reflection
Summer: hot, little chance of water, dry crackled salt.

Arches National Park

This is truly mother nature’s sculpture garden. Towering arches, pillars of red stone, and vast red desert landscapes! There is a vast range of hiking abilities to amazing places, and endless places to explore.

LOCATION: Southern Utah

Winter: cold, less crowds
Spring/Fall: warm, highest crowds
Summer: hot, medium crowds

The Oregon coast is a real life fairytale. Within 2 hours we can find lush green forests, endless coastlines with stunning rock formations, and waterfalls galore. Close to big cities with plenty to do, no matter your interests.

If you are looking for epic, jaw-dropping views you’ve found it. Towering mountains, stunning views from on top or below them, waterfalls, rivers. Yosemite has something for every level of adventurer.

Albion Basin

Towering mountains, a carpet of wildflowers, and stunning pines to connect them. Take an easy hike through the wildflower paths, or hike up the mountain to a hidden lake or two. Parking is extremely limited so sunrise or a weekday is recommended. Only accesible during the summer.

It’s very important to stay on trails and not pick the wildflowers! You will get fined or kicked out. They are roped off, but don’t worry I edit everyone out and the ropes as well.

Only open June-October, wildflowers are late July and early August.

Kanab is a hub for all things adventure! From this one cute charming town, we can access sand caves, sand dunes, zion national park, slot canyons, and more. It’s an adventurer’s paradise.

Utah, specifically near the Salt Lake City area, has countless stuning mountain backdrops. There are many that require no hiking, and also countless hiking trails if you desire something more adventurous. We can find lakes, wildflowers, mountains, fields, rivers, moutain tops, reservoirs, and more. So much to see and so close to civilization.

Winter: some locations accessible, snow.
Spring: usually starting in May and June, wildflowers
Summer: some wildflowers high on the peaks, warm weather and green mountains.
Fall: golden grass, and fall trees.

Dead Horse State Park

A small area with a LARGE view. It looks like the grand canyon but with more opportunities for pictures and views without railing or stone fencing. Stunning at sunrise and sunset.
