Values family, honesty, self-improvement, and empathy
“Brandon notes that he sees himself more as a real estate educator rather than a salesman. He remarks on the amount of people who don’t realize homeownership is an attainable goal and how even a smaller home is a beneficial invest-ment. Recently he helped a divorcee invest her money right before the housing increase, and by the next season, had she waited, she wouldn’t have been able to afford to live in the very same community which allows her children to walk to school. Timing is key, something Brandon knows well, which is why he strives to help his clients in the best ways possible. As he says,
“Customer satisfaction, in one phrase, would be the most fulfilling part of it for me. Getting your name out there and being a friend to people.”
Home life for Brandon is focused on family and self-im-provement. Alongside his wife, Allison, their baby boy, August, and the family dog, Enzo, the Naylors enjoy spending time together and enjoying the outdoors. As in real estate, Brandon challenges himself to be better by finding new places to fish, golf, and hike (preferably locales where he can practice these in combination).
“As a salesman, I am in the game of changing the thoughts around salesmen and what it means to me to be a salesman,” Brandon gleans. “There have been many times, relating back to the mission, where I found somebody in need and did whatever I could to help them. Now, as a real estate agent, if people let me in and understand their situation, if I can share some type of knowledge, it’s easy for me to do that.”
Brandon embodies honesty and empathy in his role as a real estate agent, guiding clients transparently through pivotal market decisions. His commitment to integrity, cultivated through mission work, forms a foundation for trustworthy partnerships. He derives motivation from his family, viewing their care and love as paramount, which reflects in his client rela-tionships, making him not just a reliable agent, but a compassionate guide in the journey of finding home.”
